Schomp Automotive Group is seeking a busy, detail‑oriented Business Assistant to support car financing workflows in Aurora, CO. This hourly, full‑time role requires accurately handling deposits, submitting credit applications, and funding contracts while coordinating with the sales team to meet service promises.

You’ll join a high‑volume, guest‑centric environment offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Math aptitude.
Interest in Finance.
Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions.

Responsibilities

Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
Submit credit applications.
Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
