Job summary

Otis invites applications for the Finance Ascend Program, a two-year rotational development experience designed to build future Finance and GBS leaders. Participants rotate across Finance disciplines, gaining broad exposure and hands-on experience to become effective business partners.

During the program, you will work on FP&A, Controllership, and Operations Finance through structured learning, mentorship, and regular check-ins with HR, with a potential full-time role at Otis upon completion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• Strong academic performance and foundational financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotational assignments across Finance.
• Contribute to analytics and decision-making in each rotation.
