Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group in our Boulder office. Our Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters.

Ideal candidates will have 3‑5 years of litigation experience within an Am‑Law 100 firm. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
