Job description

Due to continued growth, Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our South East Division. We are currently seeking a candidate with a passion for New Business Development, someone who can drive sales by developing new relationships in the market.

As part of our F&I sales team, this role offers an opportunity to leverage and refine your sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector!

You will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area or Automotive area
  2. OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area or Automotive area
  3. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area or Automotive area
  4. AND Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
  5. Knowledge of F&I products
  6. Knowledge of automotive industry, market, and competitors
  7. Must reside within the required territory Southern Florida

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ideal candidates have outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
  2. Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g. GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
  3. Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
  4. Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology.
  5. Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products.
  6. Ability to analyze financial statements.
  7. Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.

The Finance & Insurance Executive (FIE) role involves driving growth and profitability by:

  1. Identifying and developing new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers, while also supporting P&C product marketing within the assigned territory.
  2. Attending Automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  4. Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via various channels (in-person and virtual) to maintain solid relationships.
  5. Managing and growing your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
  6. Conducting sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
  7. Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, while strengthening customer relationships.
  8. Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
