Job summary

Fora Financial in New York is seeking a Finance & Capital Markets Analyst to manage daily cash operations across multiple financing arrangements, prepare reports, and coordinate liquidity and collateral data. You will forecast cash needs and support treasury optimization, while building strong partnerships with lenders and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years of experience in finance, a finance/accounting degree, and a drive for automation, large data sets, and Excel-driven

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s daily cash operations across multiple financing arrangements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage liquidity and reconcile collateral data.
• Forecast short-term and longer-term cash requirements for the business to support funding and treasury optimization.
• Maintain strong relationships with lending and banking partners.
• Monitor financing facility covenants, triggers, eligibility criteria, and concentration limits.
• Assist with data collection, due diligence, and documentation for new securitization issuances and warehouse facility amendments/renewals.
• Collaborate with other departments across the company to identify, report, and forecast KPI's and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Support ad hoc requests from senior leadership.

Compensation and Logistics

• Hybrid working model (Tuesday and Thursday in office)
• Salary range $80,000-$85,000
