Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced, passionate, and creative Product Manager to evolve and expand the financial platform that underpins our advertising products. As the Product Manager for Revenue and Billing Systems, you will design and deliver billing, tax, currency, and account management capabilities used by advertisers worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital advertising and/or financial system development who excels in collaboration and partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead initiatives to transform how Ad Platforms interact with customers for account management, billing, and operationalize our rapid growth.
  2. Deliver seamless customer experiences for managing invoices, lines of credit, tax obligations, and financial performance across multiple advertising products.
  3. Build innovative, scalable, reliable, and secure payment, revenue collection, and finance products.
  4. Define product and customer experience through high-quality use cases and user stories for engineering and design teams.
  5. Represent business interests during product design and development phases.
  6. Coordinate with program management to communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  7. Engage with senior leaders at Apple to communicate ideas and strategies.
  8. Collaborate with other product managers and scrum teams to align development timelines.
  9. Bring industry thought leadership to educate peers and stakeholders on financial SaaS platforms and influence finance partners to adopt new technologies for efficiency and better user experience.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor behaviors.
  11. Work closely with other Product Managers, design, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and launch products that enhance discovery and customer success across Apple services.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in building revenue and billing systems in SaaS environments.
  • Experience turning revenue systems into sources of business innovation during growth phases.
  • Strong negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep empathy for customer needs.
  • Experience leading product design, feature development, from inception to release.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS revenue and billing systems.
  • Experience working with distributed, multi-geography engineering teams.
