DIRECTV is offering a remote, summer internship in Finance designed for students pursuing degrees in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. You will assist with audit planning, process evaluations, data analysis, and dashboard development while working with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

The program emphasizes exposure to risk assessment, internal controls, and the use of AI tools and automation to enhance financial decision-making.

Qualificações

• Pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Understanding of key corporate financial measures and IT security basics including networks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in AI tools, process automation, or similar technologies (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Power BI, Python).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and complete assignments in a virtual work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of key corporate financial measures of success, information systems and IT security basics including network and system administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Interested in AI tools, process automation, or similar technologies (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Power BI, Python, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete assignments in a virtual work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting work to stakeholders.

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)
• Program Dates: 6/7/27 – 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 – 8/20/27
• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
• This position can earn $25 - $34 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Hourly rate based on academic status.
