Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Summer Intern to help shape how we connect, celebrate, and communicate across the organization. This remote internship offers exposure to corporate communications, project management, and event logistics while contributing to meaningful work.

You'll gain hands-on experience through cross-functional collaboration, developing campaigns, and crafting engaging content for leaders and teams. The program runs for 10 weeks and is open to U.S.

Qualifications

• Communications majors preferred but open to Business Admin, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.

Who We’re Looking for

• Communications majors preferred but open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Canva
• Project Management experience
• Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable speaking with and presenting to leaders
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environment
• Organized and can effectively prioritize across teams
• Critical/strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong attention to detail

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)
• Program Dates: 6/7/27 – 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 – 8/20/27
• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour.)
