Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Demonstrated finance experience and understanding of financial statements, drivers, performance metrics, planning, forecasting, reporting.
• Proficiency writing SQL queries and hands-on Databricks experience in analytics environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analyses to identify trends, drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support business decisions and financial outcomes.
• Partner with finance leaders, clients, and stakeholders to understand priorities, define analytical needs, and provide decision support.
• Use SQL and Databricks to source, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets and translate findings into narratives, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and process issues across systems and support recurring and ad-hoc reporting and planning deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and strengthen financial analytics, reporting processes, and controls.
• Build trusted relationships across finance, business, and technology teams and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities.
