Charles Schwab Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the reporting and analytics that support its mortgage, Pledged Asset Line, Home Equity Line of Credit, and other lending portfolios. Your work will translate complex data into clear insights, develop and automate reporting solutions, establish meaningful success metrics, and apply sound judgment to evolving business questions.

Working across Finance, engineering, Credit Risk Management, Accounting, and Treasury, you will define

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with reporting/analytic experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making.
• Effective communication and cross-functional influence.
