Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in analytics, BI, data strategy, visualization, or related roles.
• Experience leading analytics delivery across recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse analytics team across BI, reporting, dashboards, ad hoc analysis, data storytelling, automation, and strategic initiative support.
• Set priorities, manage capacity, and guide agile delivery including intake, backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee BI and analytics support: recurring reporting, dashboards, executive insights, ad hoc requests, issue investigations, and time-sensitive data needs.
• Partner with leaders to define analytics roadmaps and translate ambiguous needs into actionable work.
• Support enterprise programs by shaping measurement approaches, defining KPIs, and delivering insights for decision making.
• Improve analytics operating model by reducing manual reporting, increasing automation, and expanding self-service capabilities.
• Establish standards, peer review, quality controls, and delivery processes for trust and scalability.
