Job summary

Standard Calibrations, Inc. seeks a Finance & Analytics Manager to lead accounting, finance, and analytics. You will guide the transition from the retiring Controller, build a high-performing team, and partner with the CFO/CIO to strengthen FP&A, BI, and data governance.

The role emphasizes scalable processes and strategic financial leadership across SCI. You will own the close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling while advancing AI and automation initiatives to improve

Qualifications

• 6–9 years progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience managing and developing a team
• GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience with government contracting work
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with BI, dashboards, data analytics

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO/CIO to develop Finance, Analytics, BI, AI, and data strategy
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Develop BI reporting, dashboards, and financial analytics
• Support data governance and the data lake for finance decisions
• Mentor and grow the Accounting and Finance team during transition
