Highmark Health seeks a seasoned financial analyst to perform financial research, forecasting, and trend analyses. The role involves developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases to facilitate reporting and decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of Accounting/Finance experience, strong MS Excel/Access skills, and excellent communication with management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Coordinate with locations, divisions, and outside agencies to resolve problems.
• Perform financial and business related analysis and prepare forecasts.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects and ad hoc reports.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
