Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, business analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and relate financial outcomes to business activity.
• Experience creating management reporting, dashboards, or executive materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical judgment, curiosity, and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-directed with a track record of implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance management reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility into results and metrics.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly variances across originations, balances, pricing, credit, expenses and profitability.
• Develop executive-ready commentary and recommendations summarizing messages and actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Risk, and Operations to validate conclusions and context.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses on profitability, portfolio behavior, pricing impacts, and forecast risks.
• Automate recurring reporting, standardize metrics, strengthen controls, and improve data quality.
