Highmark Health in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to perform financial and business analysis, forecasts, and reporting. You will develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases and present findings to management.

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, and Power BI; strong relationship building and strategic thinking are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
5 - 10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
Experience with Power BI.
Strong relationship building skills.
Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units.

Mansioni

Perform financial and business related analyses and research including forecasts and trend analyses.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting.
Lead and document financial analysis projects including ad hoc reports and data gathering.
Communicate with management on project status and completion deadlines.
Present analysis results and provide recommendations regarding reserves, assets and expenditures.
Coordinate activities to ensure projects advance and finish on time.
Utilize PC and/or mainframe systems to input, retrieve, or display accounting information.
Serve as a project lead for special department analyses and reports.
