Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This internship focuses on developing operational finance metrics and dashboards to provide business leaders with actionable insights to improve operational performance across the T&D Infrastructure organization.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational finance metrics and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Analyze financial/operational data from SAP, Power BI and OneStream.
• Design and build an Operations Finance Dashboard for leadership use.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine, finalize, and transition the reporting solution.
