Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A or related analytics, advanced Excel, and strong stakeholder communication skills. Expect onsite work with comprehensive benefits for a temporary role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, business analytics, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with large/complex datasets.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Finance and Analytics teams to accelerate projects.
• Convert manual reporting into scalable dashboards and repeatable processes.
• Connect financial and operational drivers to improve transparency.
• Enable leaders to act on insights by reducing data prep time.
• Build or improve financial reporting, KPI dashboards, or MI solutions.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, BI, IT, or systems teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
• Create momentum in ambiguous, cross-functional projects and bring structure and urgency.
