Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in financial analysis.
• 8+ years in Corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with expert-level proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive/board presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning activities across finance and business teams.
• Develop, refine, and maintain detailed financial forecasts and models.
• Deliver executive-level financial analysis and insights to leadership.
• Prepare Board-level presentations with advanced PowerPoint and compelling narratives.
• Build executive reporting packages highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform strategic financial analyses including scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
• Apply GAAP and statutory accounting knowledge in planning and reporting.
• Incorporate health insurance industry operations and key expense drivers.
• Drive high-impact financial projects from inception to completion.
