Aston Carter is seeking a Finance Manager in Miami, FL to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple initiatives. The role emphasizes financial governance, reporting, and strategic analysis to support leadership decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, manage costs, and deliver executive-level dashboards and insights. The position combines finance leadership with hands-on modeling and scenario planning in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive value creation by optimizing resource allocation and cost management.
• Develop and maintain short and long-term financial forecasts, incorporating strategic priorities.
• Analyze operating costs and trends, providing insights for performance improvement.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investments and cost-saving opportunities.
• Advise leaders on funding priorities, timing considerations, and scope adjustments.
• Establish and maintain financial governance processes, including budget controls and variance analysis.
• Identify potential financial exposures and partner with stakeholders to mitigate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations communicating performance.
• Leverage automation and analytics to improve reporting efficiency and decision support.
• Partner with finance, accounting, procurement and other functions on policy compliance.
• Evaluate competing priorities and investments balancing financial and strategic factors.
• Influence resource allocation through stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as trusted advisor providing financial insights to leadership.
