Job summary

LCS is seeking a Financial Analysis internship in Des Moines, IA for a full-time 6-month program (40 hours per week) starting May. You will contribute to real projects, gain exposure to leadership, and present your outcomes at the program’s conclusion.

You will work with Finance and Analytics teams across departments, develop budgeting and forecasting skills, and participate in mentorship and training to accelerate your professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related degree program.
• Strong background in MS Excel and reporting.
• Background in ad-hoc reporting, financial modeling, and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization.

• Present your project and experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
