Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Finance Analytics professional to integrate finance expertise, data, and AI across the organization. You will drive analytics projects and enable Finance teams through scalable, technology-enabled solutions, balancing execution with capability-building across departments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, IT and data partners, leveraging AI, data modeling and automation to improve decision-support and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Finance analytics, transformation, technology or similar field.
• Deep Finance knowledge and experience with Finance/Controlling organizations.
• Ability to connect business needs, data, technology and organizational implications.
• Experience with data and analytics concepts, including data warehouses, data quality and reporting.
• Fluency in digital/AI technologies and ability to learn quickly and prototype.

Responsibilities

• Lead or deliver critical Finance analytics, automation and AI-enabled projects.
• Enable Finance teams by coaching, training and developing reusable assets.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions with Finance ownership of outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and data partners to implement data-driven results.
