The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ROI demonstrations, and senior-leader communication across the NA Ops Finance organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and escalating root causes.
• 6+ years delivering financial models, analyses and recommendations with measurable impact.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining/reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems like Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation of AI across NA Ops Finance to automate manual workflows.
• Partner with finance and data teams to design and test AI-driven financial workflows.
• Build analyses, models and narratives showing ROI and business impact of AI initiatives.
• Communicate AI and finance initiatives clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and implement large-scale financial solutions across teams and tools.
