Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team in Indianapolis seeks a qualified accountant to oversee financial journals, data entry, reconciliations, and month-end activities at our US HQ. You will prepare financial reports and analyses to support decision-making, collaborate with departments to verify transactions, and assist with external audits.

CPA or equivalent and US GAAP knowledge are essential; experience with IFS is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA qualified or equivalent credential.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic accounts and reconcile balance sheets.
• Ensure timely, accurate group reporting.
• Manage financial journals and data entry.
• Support month-end processes across US HQ.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with departments to verify transactions.
• Assist with external audits by providing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes.
• Support cost accounting and accounts payable/receivable activities.
