Job summary

The Obama Foundation on Chicago's South Side seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Finance team, including the Chief Financial Officer, with calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense/travel administration. Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Manage calendars for members of the Finance team, including the CFO, ensuring that team members are spending the majority of their time on their highest priorities.
• Information Management: Collect and disseminate all materials necessary for the Finance team to participate fully in internal and external meetings. Draft, edit, and submit briefing materials.
• Meeting Correspondence: Draft meeting agendas and disseminate to the appropriate team members prior to the meeting. Take and share meeting minutes.
• Project Coordination: For select projects or meetings, track next steps and ensure completion.
• Expense and Travel Administration: Ensure that all expense reimbursements are submitted accurately and on time and assist in the corporate card process. Monitor Concur inbox.
• Mail: Scan Finance team mail and distribute to appropriate individuals.
• Research and Ad Hoc Projects: Conduct research projects as needed, including policy spending analyses.
• Customer Service: Ensure that stakeholders experience warm and efficient service.
• Other duties as assigned by Finance leadership.
