QuestPro, a Southern California leader, is seeking a Finance Analyst with a strategic FP&A focus. You will translate data into insights, partner with leadership, and influence decisions to drive growth.

The role emphasizes profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and high-visibility projects. You'll work with accounting and field ops, delivering dashboards and reports that inform strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, FP&A, or business finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward an advanced finance/accounting credential is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with both Accounting and operational teams to support business decisions.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit-related activities.
• Strong Excel skills with experience building financial models and analyzing complex data sets.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on customer and service profitability analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business performance.

• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, VBA/Macros, Power BI, or similar financial analytics tools.
• Industry experience within Property & Casualty Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Managed Care, Cost Containment Services, Healthcare Services, or Insurance Technology is highly valued but not required.

Candidates with experience understanding service profitability, operational performance, customer economics, or complex business models will be especially well positioned for success.
