Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support project accounting and finance tasks for large-scale construction projects. You will focus on cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close, assisting with financial reporting for project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and HR processes.
• Support month-end close and prepare financial reports for project management.
• Analyze cost and revenue components across labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts.
• Maintain purchasing workflow controls and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to meet company standards.
