Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in the United States is seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to support project accounting and finance functions. The role focuses on cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance, becoming proficient with job costing and revenue components across projects valued from $1 million to $4 billion.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position (up to 50%).
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions is preferred.
• Effective communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail with ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for continuous improvement.
• Must be able to access all parts of a construction site.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control across projects from $1M to $4B.
• Handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and HR processes.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting package preparation.
• Contribute to compliance and internal control upkeep.
• Engage with project management for accurate cost/revenue reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for projects.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely and accurate billing.
