We’re searching for a Finance Analyst - Medicaid Services to join our Medicaid Finance team, so that we can better assist our customers with their regulatory requirements. The Finance Analyst - Medicaid Services will comprehensively engage with our Medicaid-related initiatives.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Enter data of Medicaid rebates related to the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and verify Medicaid invoice batch information to ensure both accurate and timely data
Manage weekly check runs in order to have an overview of check and ACH payment processing
Maintain QuickBooks, customers’ bank accounts and balances, as well as process rebate payments to support accurate financial reporting
Aid in maintaining accurate financial records in order to support the Medicaid and Government Pricing team
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure maximum value from our products or services
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Experience in Data Analysis, and it is a bonus if your background is also in Medicaid
Proven success in analyzing financial data, reconciling state utilization data, and supporting Medicaid compliance initiatives
Skill in interacting with multiple stakeholders including all levels of personnel, external customers, and state contacts
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines
Sincere interest in problem-solving while paying close attention to details
A knack for working as a strategic thinking, self-starter within a cross-functional group
