Bayer Crop Science Limited in New Jersey offers a 12-week Finance Analyst Intern program as part of Bayer's North America Finance Summer Internship. You will engage in meaningful projects that build analytical and business partnering skills across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, R&D Finance, Product Supply Finance, and Commercial Finance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI exposure a plus.
• Proactive and collaborative, able to work in ambiguity.
• Strong communication and teamwork; aware of data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, data preparation, analysis, and presentations.
• Assist with dashboard development, Excel-based models, spend reports, and forecast tools.
• Contribute to Accounting, Treasury, Tax activities including cash flow analysis and transfer pricing.
• Support Finance activities across R&D, Product Supply, and Commercial Finance with metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to build business acumen and presentation skills.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of Finance activities within Bayer's North America organization.
