Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytical field.
• Minimum 5+ years in roles involving financial planning, performance analysis and reporting insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to prepare quarterly financial forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Perform risk and opportunity assessments of program forecasts and mitigation plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
