Blue Origin is hiring a Finance Analyst to support the Lunar Permanence unit by partnering with program leadership to drive financial performance and decision making. You will forecast quarterly results, assess risks and opportunities, and deliver insights that guide capital investments and program spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytical field.
• Minimum 5+ years in roles with business planning, analyzing financial performance and reporting insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain professional relationships with key business partners and the broader finance team.
• Experience extracting data from qualitative and quantitative sources to support business planning and performance measurement.
• Intellectual curiosity in the products and operational processes underlying the business unit's financials.
• Demonstrated mindset towards continuous improvement.
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. for refugee or asylum status.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to prepare quarterly financial forecasts aligned with goals and resource constraints.
• Perform risk and opportunity assessment of program forecasts and develop mitigation/recovery plans.
• Analyze financial performance to prepare insightful reports on key drivers.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to program teams and ensure financial constraints are respected.
• Build and continuously improve financial processes and tools.
