Position Purpose

Compile and analyze financial information for the company. Lead various financial projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
2. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accurate financial recording
3. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
4. Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
5. Handle complex and high-level financial analysis
6. Present and discuss analysis with upper management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $68,700 - $123,700 per year. Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and holidays, and flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, field, or office schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
