Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a financially driven analyst to analyze current performance, track KPIs, and report observations to division leadership. You will partner with Division staff and accounting to support planning, forecasting, and monthly close processes.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong Excel, including Macros; PowerPoint; relational databases.
• Familiar with Hyperion, GLYA/GLTA, WIN Strategy and WIN Scorecard.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; detail oriented.
• Operational experience recommended.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating performance and report observations to senior management.
• Develop management information with dashboards and variance analysis.
• Participate in annual planning: data gathering, validation, and analysis.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management.
• Support monthly close, forecast, and annual operating plan.
• Identify cost saving opportunities with plant teams.
• Maintain SOX compliance and assist with accounting responsibilities.
• Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Interact with Win Scorecard; answer questions and create reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as they arise.
