Qualifications

• Four-year college graduate with Accounting or Finance major.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance / Supply Chain / IT disciplines with strong analytics.
• Very strong computer skills, Excel; Excel Macros; PowerPoint; Relational databases; CONSCO reports and Structures; Exposure to Hyperion; GL (GLYA/GLTA); familiarity with WINStrategy and WINScorecard.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Operational experience highly recommended.
• Customer service oriented while working as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operating performance and report observations, trends, or deviations to senior management.
• Provide proactive analyses to all levels of company management.
• Participate in annual planning: data gathering, data storage, data validation, and analysis.
• Prepare presentations for senior management, including quarterly operations.
• Support information management objectives and automation of tasks and processes.
• Interact with Win Scorecard: answer questions, create reports, provide additional support.
• Monitor financial metrics: sales, margin, operating income, productivity, and KPIs.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with plant teams to understand performance gaps versus forecast, prior year, and targets.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist with monthly close, forecast, annual operating plan, and strategic planning.
