Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred and may substitute for one year of experience.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex accounting and financial reports for projects and routine operations.
• Enter and validate revenues, disbursements, transfers, and adjusting entries.
• Maintain accounting summaries, statements of accounts, and generate reports.
• Develop and analyze advanced Excel spreadsheets and financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and recommend corrective actions based on financial trends.
• Research and analyze variances in financial reports and trace discrepancies in accounts and records.
• Assist auditors by providing financial records and documentation.
