Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, business administration, finance, project management, program management, systems, business intelligence, or related field including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned Administration Division functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, business systems, data management and analysis, project management, and process improvement.
• Manage strategic planning, projects, and improvements, including evaluation and implementation of AI solutions.
• Analyze financial and operational data, evaluate business processes, and provide recommendations to improve service and efficiency.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, cash receipts and disbursements, month-end close, and the general ledger; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate development and administration of division budgets; prepare forecasts and annual budget requests.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance, including payroll administration and purchasing.
