Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business Management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel/relocate as required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control and accounting for projects.
• Support payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and HR processes.
• Participate in month-end close and financial reporting packages.
• Help manage labor, equipment, materials, and subcontract cost/revenue.
• Ensure accuracy of cost reporting and budgeting.
