Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of financial/data analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Ability to travel and relocate as required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions preferred
• Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to access all parts of a construction site as needed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous internship experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Recognizes the importance of being a team player by adapting to project needs
• Fosters relationships with the Operations team and shows a willingness to learn
• Understands payroll and HR process workflow and masters related systems
• Maintains purchasing workflow internal controls and invoice processing
• Understands accounts payable processes and troubleshoots vendor issues
• Knows intercompany and client billing processes and timely documentation
• Ensures cost and cost adjustments are reviewed for accuracy
• Reviews forecast and budget reports and ensures accurate reporting
• Identifies, adjusts and reviews forecast and budget issues with cost reports
