Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) or a willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and Contract Management: Assist with onboarding of new vendors and maintain vendor/contract records.
• Operational Accounting Support: Help with daily accounts payable/receivable, invoice reconciliation, payment tracking.
• General Ledger Assistance: Prepare and post journal entries and support month/year-end closes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze financial data for internal reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to streamline processes.
