The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field and about one year of experience; onsite work daily for the first 90 days is required, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience can count toward this requirement.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Securities licensing, such as Series 7, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work onsite every day for the first 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
• Handle incoming inquiries related to financial accounts, products, and processes.
• Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems, resources, and established procedures.
• Process requests accurately and follow established policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for additional research or support.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting team and department service goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Quickly learn new systems, processes, and financial concepts and apply knowledge effectively.
