Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a senior financial analyst to support forecasting, trend analysis, and comprehensive financial reporting. You will develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting, and present results to management.

You should have 5–10 years in accounting/finance, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and strong cross‑functional communication. Office‑based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 5–10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship building skills and proactive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business related analysis, including forecasting and trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and present financial results to management at all levels.
• Communicate with management on project status and deadlines.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects and ad hoc reports.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
