RTX in Andover, MA seeks a Finance Analyst (P2) to manage external contracts and support program funding with EAC, AOP/LRP, SAP – APEX and PRISM. You will work closely with the External Customer, Program Manager, field engineers, and accounting and contracts teams.

The role is hybrid onsite/remote, with relocation not offered. Must be a U.S. citizen and located within commuting distance to Andover, MA or other listed sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline.
• 2+ years of related finance experience.
• Experience presenting to management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with EAC compliance, AOP/LRP, and cost proposals.
• Provide financial analysis using SAP–APEX/PRISM for programs.
• Collaborate with External Customer, Program Manager, and accounting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
