Qualifications

Enrolled in a business degree program such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
Ability to work onsite at our Wichita, KS headquarters full-time following graduation.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide meaningful business insights.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to improve performance and business processes.
Utilize AI-enabled tools and technology to analyze data, improve efficiency, and support informed business decisions.
Present findings and recommendations to finance and business teams.
Support projects that drive operational excellence and value creation.
