Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial concepts and analytics.
Experience applying finance principles to operations and cost data.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate production, cost, reliability, and market drivers into insights.
Support monthly results analysis, forecast support, variance explanations, and leadership-ready commentary.
Partner across teams to improve data quality and align priorities.
Modernize operations finance using Copilot/AI, Fabric, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL.
Mentor analysts and share knowledge to strengthen team capability.
