Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Global Financial Analyst to join our Business Finance team in Wichita, KS or Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on a business unit within ET&S, partnering across IBTs to create performance visibility and improve decision-making.

The role suits someone who is self-directed, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to improve ways of working in a fast-changing environment. You will apply AI tools to drafting, modeling, and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
• Self-directed mindset with the motivation to challenge existing processes and reporting.
• Experience explaining complex results clearly and concisely using strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across teams and cultures to improve financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly FP&A cycle, including coordination of the forecast refresh and reporting key insights.
• Execute and improve global financial reporting and planning processes across IBTs and time zones.
• Work with incomplete data, performing data wrangling, validation, and reconciliation as needed.
• Support ad‑hoc, data‑driven analysis for business reviews and management presentations.
• Develop financial analyses, scenarios, and models to evaluate options and inform decisions.
• Provide insightful commentary on financial and operational results, highlighting opportunities and risks.
