Job summary

You will handle financial tracking, billing, forecasting and month-end close for a portfolio of meetings and events, ensuring accuracy and strong controls.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with financial controls and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing invoices against contracts and event specs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with stakeholder management.
