About the Role:

As a CBRE Finance Sr. Analyst, you'll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

This role is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function, responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You'll Do:

• Complete intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statement packages.
• Create and post journal entries, ensuring all expenses, receipts, distributions, funding requests, and transactions are accurately recorded.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and requests from management and clients.
• Identify potential issues and take corrective actions.
• Maintain and report on benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations.
