Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and payment reconciliation.
• Experience with vendor communications and inquiries.
• Familiarity with IRS 1099 and W-9 forms.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, verify accuracy, code costs and approvals.
• Monitor AP to prevent late payments and duplicates.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with departments.
• Maintain vendor data and payment details in records.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities.
