Job summary

Binance is seeking a data-driven Analytics professional to support growth and marketing campaigns across the full funnel, pulling, validating, and structuring data for actionable insights. You will build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and translate findings into clear narratives for execution by marketing and operations teams.

Requirements include a quantitative degree, 1–3 years in analytics, and strong SQL skills; Python or R and visualization tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• 1–3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics role; campaign/growth/marketing analytics experience is a strong plus.
• Strong SQL skills; able to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and marketing campaigns end to end: pull, validate and structure data across the full conversion funnel
• Measure and evaluate campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, ROI, retention of acquired users) and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations teams
• Build and maintain campaign/growth dashboards; automate recurring data pulls where possible
• Work with large volumes of user behavior and transactional data using SQL and internal data platforms; design and run cohort analyses to support campaign optimization
• Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and clear narratives for execution by operational teams and executives
• Work in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical
