Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Engage business segment with deep analytics and strategic recommendations. You will focus on gross profit drivers, SaaS metrics, and robust financial modeling to guide senior management decisions.

You will partner with the Engage Product team, participate in monthly close, forecast updates, and price scenario analyses while leveraging tools like Tableau and Netsuite to deliver clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus.
• Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.

• Own and improve sophisticated financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning.

DESCRIPTION

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Product and Tech Finance Team, supporting the Engage business segment. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business problems spanning a wide range of cross-functional business activities, including deep analytics and business recommendations. This position will have a heavy focus on gross profit and the identification of key drivers to assist senior management in the decision-making process. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding analytical abilities, critical thinking, a steadfast and intellectual curiosity, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.This is an exciting opportunity to influence, develop, and grow your role within Sinch while reporting directly to the Email & Applications Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue.
• Own and improve sophisticated financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning.
• Use market information and cross-functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and provide greater insight into GP drivers.
• Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes as well as providing analysis on customer pricing scenarios. Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers.
• Act as a valued business partner to the Engage Product team by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with peers to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus.
• Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.
• Strong “customer service” focus and ability to create value for stakeholders.
• Humble, personable, and a collaborative team player. Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $143,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.This role will be accepting applications until September 23, 2026 at aminimum.
